WeWork 37 Cunningham has been carefully designed to LEED and WELL standards, incorporating sustainability into the design, with a focus on guest and environmental health. “This involves collaboration between management and team,” says Manisha Bajaj, head of design studio WeWork India. “This includes using the finest materials, high-quality finishes, and internal components. “There is a strong emphasis on design.” Ribbed glass partitions, brass accents, and natural stone exude understated luxury, while soft lighting and custom furnishings add warmth. But what makes it stand out is its wide range of methods, with a space that flows and is understood, supporting a variety of workflows—even if it’s just a matter of focus, private conversations or collaborative meetings. and top-quality materials, carefully put together with the space in mind. “The lighting is excellent, the lighting adds warmth, and the offices are equipped with quiet areas, private offices, and meeting rooms to adapt to different work environments,” Bajaj explains.

WeWork 37 is a key part of Cunningham’s design philosophy.

When asked about the thought process behind the artwork, he said: “Our philosophy of integrating the artwork into the space was to create a sense of opulence, luxury, and playfulness. We’re experimenting with large frames, luxurious art frames, 3D layered works, glass-enclosed, large-scale exhibition artworks. Our art research includes new exhibitions that use exaggeration as a tool for art. These features come together to create an inspiring and functional space. WeWork 37 Cunningham curates workspaces for a diverse group of global organizations looking to conduct business in a collaborative workspace with seamless connectivity.
